Lindsey excelled at her injectable skills while working at plastic surgery office FechnerMD, where she was able to train under a double board certified facial plastic surgeon. We have a 24-hour cancellation/no-show policy. If you must cancel within 24 hours, there will be a charge of $50 to the card on file. If you need to reschedule within a 24-hour window, the $50 charge can be used towards your next appointment. Our no show policy is to ensure that we can see patients in a timely manner and to ensure that we are able to fill last-minute cancellations. We appreciate your understanding of the cancellation policy. This allows Spruce Skin the opportunity to provide the highest quality care for you and future patients. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. We do offer follow-up appointments, but clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
